The Next Gen Supply Chain Management Program is a transformative 1.5‑year rotational journey designed to accelerate the growth of tomorrow’s supply chain leaders. Through immersive, hands‑on experience across Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, and Planning, you'll gain a 360° end‑to‑end understanding of how Coca‑Cola HBC Egypt moves from raw materials to the final product in the hands of millions of consumers.
You won’t just learn how the supply chain works you’ll help shape how it evolves.
In the second phase of the 18‑month Next Gen Supply Chain Management Trainee Programe, you’ll move from exploring different areas to building depth in one field.
After your initial rotations, you will choose a specialized career path that matches your strengths, interests, and future ambitions at Coca‑Cola HBC Egypt.
If you like data, problem‑solving, and connecting the dots, this path will let you shape the bigger picture. You’ll work with demand forecasts, production plans, and inventory levels to balance service, cost, and capacity. Together with commercial and operations teams, you’ll help ensure the right products are available across Egypt from production lines all the way to our customers.
Step into the world of strategic buying and supplier partnerships. You’ll support sourcing of packaging, ingredients, and services, learn the basics of negotiation and contracts, and see how we choose and evaluate suppliers. You’ll contribute to cost efficiency, quality, and sustainability while helping secure what our business needs to run every day.
Turn your curiosity about “how things are made” into real impact on the shop floor. You’ll deepen your knowledge of production, quality, maintenance, and safety, and learn how a bottling plant is run day‑to‑day. You’ll take on real responsibilities, support continuous improvement projects, and start building your leadership skills with operations teams.
If you enjoy solving puzzles and keeping things moving, this path is for you. You’ll learn how our products travel from plant to customer, working on distribution planning, warehouse operations, route optimization, and service to customers. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and logistics partners to help make sure Coca‑Cola HBC Egypt products are in the right place, at the right time.
