CCH Egypt and the Ministry of Youth and Sports Unite to Empower Egypt's Future Leaders through#ShababBokra

Coca-Cola HBC Egypt has taken another bold step in its journey of community empowerment by partnering with the Youth Leading Youth (YLY) Union under the Ministry of Youth and Sports to launch a transformative new phase of the #ShababBokra program. The agreement was signed at the Ministry’s headquarters in the New Administrative Capital, in the presence of His Excellency Dr. Ashraf Sobhy, Minister of Youth and Sports.

At the heart of this partnership lies a shared belief that Egypt’s youth are not just the leaders of tomorrow, but the changemakers of today. Through #ShababBokra, Coca-Cola HBC Egypt aims to empower thousands of young people by bridging the gap between education and employment—offering practical training, career guidance, and internationally accredited certificates to build confidence, competence, and purpose.

Rooted in Coca-Cola HBC’s flagship program #YouthEmpowered, the program reflects the company’s dedication to creating a positive social impact wherever it operates. By equipping young Egyptians with essential skills and leadership tools, #ShababBokra seeks to inspire a generation ready to lead, innovate, and contribute to sustainable national growth.

At Coca-Cola HBC, we believe that empowering youth is the key to a stronger, more inclusive future. #ShababBokra gives young people the chance to develop the skills they need to succeed—for themselves, their communities, and their country.
